Market Research Manager

We are looking for a skilled Market Research Manager with 4 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in market research and analysis, with excellent consulting and problem-solving skills.

• Conduct initial secondary research to support lead generation activities.
• Identify potential contacts at prospective clients and send initial mailers and credentials decks to introduce our services under the supervision of respective managers.
• Generate insights and analysis through structured thinking capabilities.
• Identify sources of information and conduct secondary research for various products/sectors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in market research or a related field.
• Strong understanding of market research principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with ITES/BPO/KPO/LPO/Customer Service industry is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; other bachelor's degrees are also acceptable.
