Job Description

Market Research & Lead Generation: o Research and identify potential companies in the electronics and semiconductor industry. o Build and maintain a database of prospects, including decision-makers. Sales Pitch Development: o Understand Q2 Diamonds product offerings and create compelling sales pitches. o Customize presentations and email communication for various client segments. Client Outreach & Communication: o Draft and send professional, persuasive sales emails to prospective clients. o Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, or virtual meetings. o Explain product benefits, applications, and technical differentiation in simple business terms. Relationship Management: o Assist in building long-term relationships with clients and channel partners. o Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and lead nurturing. Sales Support & Reporting: o Maintain records of outreach, responses, and sales pipeline. o Share weekly updates and reports on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Required Skills & Competencies: Strong communication skills (oral & written) with ability to create impactful email drafts. Basic understanding of the electronics/semiconductor industry (preferred but not mandatory). Research-oriented mindset with attention to detail. Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn sales strategies. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and email communication tools.
