We are seeking a Market Manager to join our team and drive the overall Business Development in designated markets. Your main responsibilities will include identifying key markets, acquiring new clients from the Hotel and Travel industry, and establishing strong supplier relationships. You will be responsible for preparing leads lists, cold calling prospects, and initiating contract agreements with suppliers. Additionally, you will work on major lodging development initiatives, communicate progress to the lodging team, and attend supplier-related events. To excel in this role, you must have a passion for sales, excellent communication and analytic skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the Hotel/Travel/Hospitality/Front Desk domain is preferred, along with a strong technical aptitude and a positive, outgoing attitude. Travel is mandatory for this position.
