JD FOR Marcom Manager PROFILE As a Below-The-Line (BTL) Marketing Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing targeted marketing campaigns that directly engage with the audience at a local level. This role involves planning and implementing BTL activities, including events, sponsorships, promotions, and direct marketing, to create brand awareness and drive customer engagement. Responsibilities: BTL Strategy Development: Develop and execute BTL marketing strategies to promote products, services, or brand initiatives. Create plans that focus on direct engagement with the target audience at the local level. Event Planning and Execution: Plan and coordinate BTL events, product launches, and experiential marketing activities. Manage all aspects of event execution, including logistics, vendor coordination, and on-site management. Promotions and Sponsorships: Develop and implement promotional campaigns to drive customer acquisition and retention. Identify and manage sponsorships and partnerships that align with the brand and target audience. Direct Marketing: Oversee direct marketing campaigns, including direct mail, email marketing, and SMS campaigns. Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content for direct communication channels. Collateral Development: Work with the design team to create BTL marketing collateral, including flyers, brochures, and promotional materials. Ensure all collateral aligns with brand guidelines and effectively communicates key messages. Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for BTL marketing activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum ROI. Track expenses and provide regular reports on budget utilization. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to align BTL activities with overall business goals. Provide input and support for the integration of BTL strategies with broader marketing initiatives. Measurement and Analysis: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for BTL campaigns and events. Analyze campaign performance, gather insights, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
