JOB SUMMARY ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Supports the Test Engineer in the development and commission of test solutions executing the test qualification of the fixture and program as per the specific system qualification process. Responsibility for providing the deliverables to support the solution in production to both the Test Support Function and Manufacturing Operations. Assists in the build and manufacture of testers, fixtures and environmental tooling as required to meet the customer expectations. The Technician Engineer provides the interface to the Test Support function providing comprehensive documentation and training for all test solutions implemented. Train, coach and mentor subordinates with a view to making recommendations for succession plans at plant level. Act as a role model for the role out and implementation of the goals and principles ensuring that the wider team understand and can translate the key messages into actions. Play the role of QRM for the ISO systems, ensure all gaps and NC are closed in advance of recertification Ensure that the CRSL is adhered to and that correct protocols are followed for the introduction of new products into the plant to ensure no contravention of the CRSL Preferred candidate profile 15- 20 years of experience in managing manufacturing operations in any industry Graduate caliber or similar through either experience / vocational qualification in the field of science, textile or engineering Minimum 5 years management / supervisory experience Exposure to change management processes Problem solving techniques

The QA Department ensures that management systems are in place to support the design, development, and delivery of products that meet customer quality expectations while complying with regulatory standards. Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Develop project QA plans to ensure efficient new product implementation and product changes that meet quality system, regulatory requirements (ISO13485, CFR820, MDSAP), risk, and project timing. Advocate customer expectations for product quality and reliability, providing timely input and identifying, evaluating, and escalating risks that impact product quality/reliability/field performance. Review and evaluate quality risks related to project compliance and escalate when needed. Review Product Development deliverables to ensure timely and accurate completion. Manage or support responses to audit findings and CAPAs in Product Development. Collaborate with other QA, Regulatory, and Development teams to provide updates and support quality guidance to project teams. Identify and drive process improvements in collaboration with development teams and stakeholders. Qualifications and Experience: Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Science, or other relevant qualifications.
