Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Manual Software Tester who can contribute to the quality assurance of our ERP solutions. The candidate will be responsible for testing applications built on the Axpert platform, identifying bugs, and ensuring they meet functional and performance standards before deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and understand business requirements, functional specifications, and technical design documents.
• Create, maintain, and execute detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases.
• Perform various types of testing including functional, regression, system, integration, and UI testing.
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs using relevant tools.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand issues and verify fixes.
• Ensure quality standards are maintained and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Report on test progress, test results, and quality metrics.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 1 year of hands-on experience in manual testing.
• Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test cases and test scenarios.
• Familiarity with defect management and test tracking tools like JIRA or Bugzilla.
• Ability to identify critical issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Exposure to ERP systems or low-code/no-code platforms is an added advantage.
