About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with 6–8 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend development, database design, and cloud-based architecture. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys writing clean, maintainable code, mentoring team members, and building scalable systems that make a global impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of high-performance backend services.
• Architect, design, and build cloud-native applications on Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional engineering teams across time zones.
• Guide and mentor junior developers to foster technical growth within the team.
• Build, consume, and integrate with RESTful APIs and web services.
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and contribute to best practices in engineering.

Technical Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Ruby, preferably with experience using lightweight frameworks like Sinatra.
• Experience with Sequel and other Ruby database libraries.
• In-depth understanding of SQL and relational database design, particularly with Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-based application development using Azure or GCP.
• Proficient in building scalable and secure web services and APIs.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in a distributed team environment.
