Role & responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
  • Implement retention, engagement, and recognition programs to enhance employee experience.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems, career development, and succession planning.
  • Oversee learning & development initiatives and assess training effectiveness.
  • Ensure accuracy in payroll, HR operations, and compliance with labour laws.
  • Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and wellness programs.
  • Maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and policy governance.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 10+ years in HR, including 3-5 years in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing/logistics).
  • Expertise: HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development.
  • Knowledge: Labour laws, compliance, HR analytics.
