Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Drive end-to-end recruitment, workforce planning, and talent pipeline development.
Implement retention, engagement, and recognition programs to enhance employee experience.
Manage performance appraisal systems, career development, and succession planning.
Oversee learning & development initiatives and assess training effectiveness.
Ensure accuracy in payroll, HR operations, and compliance with labour laws.
Handle grievance redressal, employee relations, and wellness programs.
Maintain HR dashboards, analytics, and policy governance.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience: 10+ years in HR, including 3-5 years in a managerial role (preferably in manufacturing/logistics).
Expertise: HR strategy, employee relations, organizational development.
Knowledge: Labour laws, compliance, HR analytics.
