Role & responsibilities Lead branch operations (Air & Ocean Freight Import/Export). Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients and grow business. Ensure smooth shipment execution including booking, documentation & customs clearance. Maintain and grow customer relationships; act as the primary point of contact. Manage P&L, budgets, and branch performance. Lead and mentor branch staff. Role Summary: We are looking for an experienced Freight Forwarding Manager to lead our Pune branch. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage branch operations, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Preferred candidate profile Graduate (MBA preferred) with 8-10 years experience in Freight Forwarding. Strong knowledge of international logistics processes & regulations. Proven track record in sales & operations (Air & Ocean). Excellent communication, leadership & problem-solving skills. Pune-based candidates preferred.
