Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities for logistics services including Warehousing & Distribution.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and customer meetings.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual sales targets.
Retain and grow existing accounts with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
Promote Hansol Logistics services through in-person meetings, emails, calls, and messages.
Prepare potential customer P&L forecasts and conduct risk assessments prior to on boarding.
Review customer and partner contracts, ensure internal approvals, and support execution.
Responding to various kinds of Tender & RFQ, submitting the rates, commercial & solution for Transportation Warehousing customer with close coordination with the help of strategy & planning team.
Submit weekly activity reports and weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
Working to achieve sales target & revenue.

Preferred candidate profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales & Business Development profile and knowledge of logistics procedures.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
