Ready to join immediately Open Position- AM- 1 Noida Manager- 1 Noida AM- 1 Hyderabad Job Summary: The Talent Management Assistant Manager plays a key role in supporting the development, implementation, and execution of talent management strategies and initiatives within the organization. This position assists in the recruitment, development, retention, and engagement of top talent to align with the organization's goals. The role involves working closely with the Talent Management team and other HR functions to drive employee performance, career development, succession planning, and leadership development programs. Key Responsibilities: Talent Development & Succession Planning: Assist in the creation and execution of talent development programs, including leadership development, mentoring, and training initiatives. Collaborate with department heads and HR teams to identify high-potential employees and create personalized development plans. Support succession planning efforts to ensure a strong pipeline for critical roles. Performance Management: Coordinate and support the annual performance review process, ensuring that it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Assist in the development of performance metrics, goals, and KPIs for employees. Provide guidance to managers on performance management best practices and resolving performance-related issues. Employee Engagement & Retention: Support the creation and implementation of employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and productivity. Assist with exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and recommend retention strategies. Work closely with HR to improve employee experience through various engagement activities. Onboarding: Assist with the design and delivery of onboarding programs to ensure new hires are successfully integrated into the company culture and understand their role in the organization's talent strategy. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze talent management data, including turnover rates, employee performance, training outcomes, and engagement survey results. Prepare regular reports and presentations for leadership on the status of talent management initiatives and metrics. Use insights from data to recommend improvements to talent management strategies and processes. Leadership & Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with HR, learning and development, and business leaders to execute talent management strategies. Stay updated on industry best practices, trends, and legal requirements related to talent management. Provide coaching and support to managers in talent management processes and frameworks. Special Projects & Initiatives: Lead or participate in special projects related to talent management, such as leadership training programs, employee surveys, or diversity and inclusion initiatives. Assist with the integration of new HR technology systems related to talent management. Qualifications: Education: Masters in Human Resources Experience: 08-17 years of experience in HR or talent management, with a focus on talent development, performance management, or employee engagement. Skills: Strong knowledge of talent management best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights. Experience with HRIS, learning management systems, and performance management tools. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
