Manager – GSCO

• Develop and execute comprehensive demand planning processes that incorporate sales forecasts, market trends, and historical data. Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather input and insights for demand forecasting.
• Utilize statistical models and Kinaxis tools to analyze data and forecast future demand accurately. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels while minimizing excess inventory and stock-outs. Identify and mitigate risks related to demand forecasting and inventory management.• Lead monthly demand planning meetings to review forecasts and adjust plans as necessary. Continuously improve demand planning processes and systems to enhance forecast accuracy and efficiency. Work cross-functionally with supply chain, production, and procurement teams to ensure alignment on demand forecasts and inventory management strategies• Prepare regular reports/MIS and presentations on demand forecast accuracy, inventory performance, and related metrics for senior management. Liaison with different stakeholders to improve the overall KPIs

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Manager- 1 to lead and optimize our demand planning, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, hands-on experience with SAP, and a proven ability to manage stakeholders effectively. This role is critical to driving strategic supply chain initiatives and ensuring operational excellence.

• Orchestrate Monthly demands planning cycle to ensure accurate forecasting and alignment with business goals.
• Manage inventory levels to optimize working capital while maintaining service level targets.
• Oversee order fulfillment processes to ensure timely and accurate delivery to CFAs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align supply chain activities.
•  Utilize SAP for planning, tracking, and reporting supply chain metrics.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement best practices across supply chain functions.
