About Us

Urban & Landscape Design Studio is a boutique architectural and landscape practice with a collaborative team of 5 professionals. We're seeking a reliable operations generalist to streamline our studio operations across administration, accounts coordination, hiring, and marketing.

Must-Have Skills

1. Accounting & Finance Management

• Proficient in MS Excel, Tally, GST & TDS portals
• Raise invoices, track payments, and follow up on collections
• Coordinate with CA for GST/TDS compliance
• Process monthly salaries and reimbursements

2. Human Resource Management

• Maintain attendance and leave records
• Draft job descriptions and post on hiring platforms (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, Foundit, etc.)
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding
• Manage employee documentation and basic HR processes

3. Government Tender Filing & Bidding

• Monitor tender portals and identify relevant government tenders
• Prepare and compile tender documents, forms, and supporting certificates
• Submit bids on time and follow up on clarifications and post-bid communications
• Maintain tender tracker and archive tender documents/compliances

Growth-Oriented Skills (Willing to learn and develop)

4. Marketing Management

• Execute email marketing campaigns
• Coordinate social media posts and content scheduling
• Support Google Ads/social promotions and maintain lead trackers/CRM
• Cold call prospects, fix appointments, and manage director's calendar

5. IT & Infrastructure Coordination

• Manage office infrastructure, hardware, software & networks
• Oversee data storage and network management
• Coordinate with IT vendors for maintenance and upgrades

Compensation Package

Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

(Based on skills and experience)
