Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Responsible for handling contract management, legal advisory, real estate transactions and corporate matters
Real estate transactions: Scrutiny and approval for title search reports, structuring of transactions, loan documentation. Co-ordinate and interact with the external lawyers for investigation of the title of the property and discuss the issues of the title and remedies before creation of security.
Contract Management, drafting and negotiation
Legal advise on product and policies
Special projects and digitization

BA-LLB/BBA-LLB preferred
