Manager

You will be responsible for managing the preparation and submission of quarterly and annual regulatory reports under US GAAP. You will lead a team that provides financial statements for various alternative investment funds such as hedge funds, private equity funds, and closed-end registered products. Your duties will include conducting variance analysis and reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of financial data reported. Additionally, you will lead the adoption of new US GAAP accounting standards and oversee compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and other accounting principles. To succeed in this role, you will need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience, along with a CPA or CA certification. You should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the alternative investments industry with advanced knowledge of financial and regulatory reporting. Furthermore, you should possess in-depth knowledge of portfolio accounting and the investment management industry. Your ability to align teams and resources to fit the overall strategy, along with being highly motivated and goal-oriented, will be crucial in meeting fast-paced deliverable deadlines. Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and coaching skills are essential for fostering a collaborative environment and strengthening client relationships. You should also be proficient in managing multiple client engagements and tasks simultaneously, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
