Job Description

Role Overview: You will be playing a crucial part in ensuring the efficient daily operations of the travel support team based in Noida, under the general direction of the Head of Administration ICRC Middle East. Your role will involve independently managing end-to-end travel arrangements and maintaining high service standards for seamless travel experiences for stakeholders in the Middle East. As a Travel Support Manager, you will oversee and coordinate travel logistics for Middle East employees, including flight bookings, accommodations, and transportation. Your responsibilities will also include cultivating relationships with travel partners and providing operational support as needed by the team. Key Responsibilities: - Positive attitude with a strong customer service mindset, willing to go above and beyond to meet stakeholder needs. - Identifying issues and offering creative solutions to address challenges, aiming for first-contact resolution. - Proactively engaging with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide timely assistance and solutions. - Anticipating needs of the travellers and displaying a strong service orientation. - Proactively fostering relationships internally and with travel and hotel partners. - Thriving in a dynamic environment while adhering to guidelines and enhancing business practices. - Demonstrating good judgment, prioritizing tasks, and making independent decisions when necessary. - Handling sensitive situations with discretion and tact. - Maintaining meticulous attention to detail for end-to-end travel bookings. - Implementing clear systems to ensure timely task completion. - Introducing creative approaches to workflow. - Successfully navigating complex reporting structures and adapting to change. - Building and nurturing a high-performing team focused on world-class customer service. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred. - Prior experience as a travel consultant or in a similar role overseeing travel operations. - Proficiency in travel booking platforms and systems. - Knowledge of domestic and international travel regulations. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities. - Ability to thrive under pressure and meet deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and travel-related software. - Ability to assist in developing and enhancing policies and programs for corporate travel.
