About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and driven Total Rewards Leader to drive compensation, benefits, performance management, and HR strategic initiatives for a well-established FMCG company.

Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Lead C&B strategy, market benchmarking, variable pay & policy design

🔹 Drive performance appraisals, goal setting, and employee engagement surveys

🔹 Own parity reviews, talent segmentation, and salary planning

🔹 Manage employee benefits (GMC, GTL), grievance redressal & POSH compliance

🔹 Lead talent reviews, succession plans, and org design projects

🔹 Conduct focus group discussions (FGDs), analyze feedback, drive action

🔹 Oversee HRMS administration and implement new modules

What We’re Looking For:

✅ 10–12 years of strong Total Rewards & C&B experience

✅ Proven record in performance management & talent reviews

✅ Experience in FMCG or fast-paced consumer-driven industry

✅ Strong analytical, people management & stakeholder engagement skills

✅ Immediate availability preferred
