Job Description

Job Title: Total Rewards Role Designation decided post interview

Department:

Job Summary:

As in Total Rewards, you will support the design, analysis, and implementation of compensation and benefits programs that attract, motivate, and retain talent. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and HR partners to ensure market competitiveness and alignment with the company’s total rewards philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Compensation Strategy & Benchmarking

    • Support annual compensation review cycles (merit, bonus, promotions).
    • Benchmark compensation structures using market survey data (Aon, Mercer, etc.).
    • Maintain and update salary structures, pay bands, and job evaluation frameworks.
  2. Benefits Administration

    • Oversee administration of employee benefits programs (insurance, wellness, retirement).
    • Ensure smooth coordination with third-party vendors and benefit partners.
    • Respond to employee queries and resolve issues related to benefits.
  3. Data Management & Reporting

    • Prepare and analyze compensation & benefits reports, dashboards, and metrics.
    • Support audits and ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations.
  4. Policy Implementation

    • Assist in drafting and updating compensation and benefit policies.
    • Ensure consistent and fair application of total rewards policies across regions/business units.
  5. Technology & Tools

    • Work on HRIS systems (Workday) to maintain accurate rewards data.
    • Support automation projects for process improvement.
  6. Stakeholder Management

    • Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance teams for compensation planning.
    • Provide support during internal reviews, budgeting, and workforce planning processes.

Requirements:

  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
  • Experience:

    3–6 years of experience in total rewards, compensation & benefits, or HR analytics.
  • Skills:

    • Strong Excel and analytical skills.
    • Familiarity with compensation tools and survey platforms.
    • Understanding of local labor laws, tax implications, and compliance.
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
