Currently, it is expanding in a big way in the Solar Power space undertaking ground-mounted and rooftop projects ranging from 5 KWp to 500 MWp.Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat the company is currently undertaking projects within Gujarat & Maharashtra. Qualification & Experience:
Strong knowledge of Direct Tax, Indirect Tax (GST), and TDS Familiarity with ERP systems and tax software ● Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills● Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines● Experience in handling tax assessments and notices is a plus

Key Deliverables

Ensure timely and accurate filing of Income Tax Returns, GST Returns, and other statutory filings Manage tax audits, assessments, and litigation with tax authorities
● Monitor changes in tax laws and assess their impact on the organization● Handle TDS compliance, reconciliation, and quarterly returns● Support transfer pricing documentation and reporting● Liaise with external consultants and auditors for tax-related matters● Assist in tax planning strategies to optimize tax liabilities● Maintain documentation and records for internal and external audits● Provide guidance to junior staff on tax-related issues● Oversee day-to-day accounting operations financial statements● Ensure compliance with accounting standards● Coordinate with auditors for statutory and internal audits● Manage accounts payable/receivable, banking, and cash flow reporting
