Manager Taxation

As a Manager International Taxation in the Food Processing / Agro Commodities Processing & Packaging Sector based in Navi Mumbai, you will be reporting directly to the CFO and overseeing a team of 2 professionals in Direct & Indirect Taxation. **Role Overview:** You will be responsible for ensuring tax compliance and strategy across India and various international regions. Your role will involve driving tax efficiency for the fast-growing global business in the Food Processing & Agro Commodities sector while ensuring regulatory adherence. **Key Responsibilities:** - Ensure accurate & timely filing of GST, Income Tax, TDS, TCS, and other statutory taxes - Manage Transfer Pricing compliance for cross-border transactions - Lead tax audits, handle notices, assessments & litigation matters - Develop & implement tax-efficient strategies across multiple jurisdictions - Partner with internal teams, advisors, and tax authorities to resolve disputes - Support tax planning for expansion, M&A, and cross-border structuring **Qualifications Required:** - Qualified CA with 10+ years experience in direct & indirect taxation, transfer pricing & global taxation - Strong exposure to India and international tax compliance (experience in regions like Africa, Dubai, Canada, Singapore, etc.) - Prior experience in manufacturing / food processing / agro commodities processing & packaging units is a must - Strong communication & leadership skills, able to engage with senior stakeholders and tax authorities If you are a core taxation specialist with global exposure and a passion for building tax-efficient frameworks, we would love to connect with you!,
