Role & responsibilities

Full time MBA from a premium institute (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and succession needs.
Design and lead HiPo identification and development frameworks to build leadership and critical-skill pipelines.
Lead initiatives in performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
Manage the annual performance review process and continuously improve related frameworks and tools. Experience on Nine-Box Grid
Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
Support leadership development programs and learning interventions.
Analyze talent data and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
