Role & responsibilities

Full time MBA from a premium institute (Tier 1 / Tier 2)

  • Design and implement talent management strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy, including succession planning, performance management, and leadership development
  • Partner with business leaders to identify skill gaps and succession needs.
  • Design and lead HiPo identification and development frameworks to build leadership and critical-skill pipelines.
  • Lead initiatives in performance management, career development, and employee engagement.
  • Manage the annual performance review process and continuously improve related frameworks and tools. Experience on Nine-Box Grid
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and retention.
  • Support leadership development programs and learning interventions.
  • Analyze talent data and provide insights to drive strategic decisions.
