Job Purpose

designing and executing the regional talent development strategy

The incumbent will serve as a strategic advisor to business and HR leadership, driving a culture of high performance, inclusion, and continuous learning across 8 manufacturing units and the AMESA Regional Office.

Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition, Diversity & Campus Hiring

  • Lead strategic hiring for critical and volume roles across AMESA.
  • Develop campus programs to build early-career pipelines.
  • Drive D&I hiring across manufacturing and functions.
  • Enhance employer branding to attract diverse talent.

Talent Strategy, Development & Pipeline

  • Deliver AMESA Talent Strategy aligned with business growth.
  • Build strong succession and leadership pipelines.
  • Drive IDPs, CDPs, and leadership development journeys.
  • Partner with leaders to anticipate and close talent gaps.

Performance Management & Capability Building

  • Lead Performance Management System design and execution.
  • Promote strong goal-setting, differentiation, and feedback culture.
  • Drive digital, technical, and behavioral skill development.
  • Ensure e-learning adoption and capability certification (incl. blue-collar).

Employee Engagement & Communications

  • Design innovative strategies to boost employee experience.
  • Lead internal/external communications for clear and inspiring messaging.
  • Use engagement tools to identify gaps and drive action.

Stakeholder Management & Leadership

  • Partner with senior leaders to advance the talent agenda.
  • Handle complex discussions with credibility and empathy.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to HR and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with Plant HR, regional teams, and global COEs for alignment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education:

    Masters in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent.
  • Experience:

    12+ years in HR with focus on Talent Management, Capability Development, and PMS.
  • Proven success in leading large-scale talent strategies.
  • Experience in multi-country, diverse, and manufacturing-heavy settings.

Skills & Competencies

  • Deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, Management, PMS, and L&D.
  • Strategic thinker with strong program design and execution skills.
  • Strong influencer with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent communicator with facilitation and conflict resolution strengths.
