Job Description

Role Overview: As the Talent Management Lead, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and governing strategic Talent Management initiatives aimed at cultivating a high-performing and future-ready workforce for the organization. This includes activities such as Hi-potential identification, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Career Conversation, Competency Mapping, and Capability Building. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement a robust Talent Management strategy aligned with business objectives and workforce planning needs. - Develop and oversee a structured succession planning process to identify and groom high-potential talent for critical roles. - Manage the Competency Management framework to identify skills gaps and integrate them into performance and development cycles. - Create and implement capability-enhancing programs to boost employee performance and readiness. - Utilize HR analytics to identify talent groups, trends, risks, and opportunities for leadership decisions. - Prepare dashboards and reports on talent metrics, succession readiness, engagement, and program effectiveness. - Collaborate with Business leaders and HR Business Partners to align talent strategies with functional priorities. - Design, manage, and measure leadership interventions across different levels to strengthen the leadership pipeline. - Implement a performance management cycle that drives result orientation, including goal setting, mid-year, and annual performance reviews. - Coach line managers on effective performance feedback and analyze performance data to identify trends and gaps. Qualifications Required: - 7-8 years of experience in Talent Management processes design and execution. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. - Excellent service orientation, interpersonal skills, flexibility, initiative, and teamwork. - Strong prioritization skills and ability to facilitate actions across teams. - Commitment to follow through on tasks. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - Educational background: MBA/PGPM (HR).
