Job Description

**Role Overview:** As a Manager-Talent Management at this company, your primary objective is to manage and implement talent strategy, policies, and procedures to foster a performance-driven and employee-focused culture. You will be responsible for implementing HR practices that emphasize quality, productivity, goal attainment, and empowerment. Additionally, you will ensure standardization and processes related to Talent Mobility across the organization, including job rotation, performance management, promotions, and elevations. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify process improvements and changes in policies and procedures to enhance the employee HR experience regarding promotions, transfers, and other role changes. - Develop and implement a job rotation strategy across regions as required by the RBI and aligned with business and HR objectives. - Ensure smooth processing of all bi-monthly movements across regions in accordance with the Talent Management Policies of the organization. - Implement and manage mid-year and annual promotions by mapping potential to support a high-performing culture. - Own and maintain the repository of Job Descriptions (JDs) for the organization, including changes, rewrites, and updates of promotion, transfer, and job rotation policies. - Liaise with the leadership team to understand their promotion-related requirements for retention and ensure full compliance with the promotion policy. - Act as a consultant to regional teams in clarifying any promotions or transfer policy-related deviations and mediate employee grievances related to monthly movements and system changes. - Draft and circulate all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) related to promotions, monthly movements, job rotation, etc., to drive standardization across the organization. - Maintain all promotions, monthly movements, and job rotation-related Management Information System (MIS) and share the same as required. - Stay updated with current RBI guidelines and industry best practices related to job rotation, promotions, etc. **Qualifications Required:** - **Educational Qualifications:** MBA in HR from a reputed organization. - **Experience:** 7-8 years of overall HR experience, with 3-4 years preferably in talent management and performance management in a medium-sized organization. - **Certifications:** HR certifications, preferably in talent management. - **Functional Skills:** Understanding of HR employee life cycle, knowledge of industry best HR practices, and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically MS Excel. - **Behavioral Skills:** Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, and analyze data while being a creative problem-solver. - **Competencies Required:** Planning & Organizing, Driving Execution, Managing Relationships, Collaborating, Decision Making.,
