As a Manager-Talent Management at the company, your role is crucial in implementing talent strategy, policies, and procedures to foster a performance-driven, employee-focused culture. Your responsibilities include: - Identifying process improvements and changes in policies related to Promotions, Transfers, and Role Changes to enhance the HR experience for employees - Developing and implementing Job Rotation Strategy across regions as required by RBI and in alignment with Business & HR objectives - Ensuring smooth processing of all Bi-monthly Movements across regions as per Talent Management Policies - Implementing and managing Mid-Year & Annual Promotions to support a high performing culture - Owning and maintaining the JDs repository for the Organization - Drafting and circulating SOPs related to Promotions, Monthly Movements, and Job Rotation to drive standardization - Staying up to date with RBI guidelines and Industry best practices related to Talent Management Qualifications required for this role: - Educational Qualifications: MBA in HR from a reputed organization - Experience: 7-8 years overall experience in HR, with 3-4 years in Talent Management & Performance Management in a medium-sized organization - Certifications: HR Certifications preferably in Talent Management - Functional Skills: Understanding of HR employee life cycle, knowledge of Industry Best HR Practices, strong working knowledge of Microsoft office applications - Behavioral Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, communicate effectively, maintain confidentiality, brainstorm solutions, and build relationships - Competencies Required: Planning & Organizing, Driving Execution, Managing Relationships, Collaborating, Decision Making Your key interactions will be with various Department Heads, Regional HR Team, and Audit team.,
