Position Title: Manager Talent Management
Location: Chennai (with occasional travel) Salary: 12-15 LPA Notice Period: Immediate to Max 30 DaysRole Summary:We are looking for a Manager – Talent Management to lead and manage employee engagement, performance management, employee relations, and talent retention strategies. This role is responsible for both our Showrooms and Corporate Office, ensuring a thriving and productive workforce.Key Responsibilities:As the Manager – Talent Management, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Performance Management: Oversee performance evaluation processes and ensure alignment with company goals. Employee Engagement: Lead initiatives to improve employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention. Talent Growth & Retention: Develop and implement strategies for employee development and retention. Employee Relations: Foster positive relationships between employees and management, ensuring a healthy work environment. Facilitator for Talent Development: Organize and drive talent development activities to enhance team performance and leadership growth.Desired Competencies:To excel in this role, the following competencies are key: Experience in managing an employee base of over 2000. Strong Interpersonal Skills to connect with all levels of the organization. Organizational Awareness to proactively identify talent needs and implement retention strategies. Effective Communication: Excellent written and oral skills (Fluency in Telugu is a plus!). Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel across multiple locations as required.Qualifications & Experience: Education: MBA in HR / MSW / MA in Social Work from a premier institution.
