Job Description

As the Manager - Employee Engagement at BDO India LLP, your role is crucial in designing, managing, and executing impactful engagement programs to cultivate a high-performance and inclusive culture. You will be driving initiatives that boost employee morale, recognition, retention, and overall workplace experience in alignment with BDO India's Employee Engagement Framework. Specifically, you will focus on the North & East regions. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Engagement Program Management - Conceptualize and implement engagement activities aligned with the BDO India Employee Engagement Framework. - Design inclusive engagement interventions tailored to regional and Service line needs. - Employee Surveys and Polls - Lead end-to-end management of employee engagement surveys, including vendor connect, survey administration, branding & communication, coverage, and reporting. - Collaborate with stakeholders to derive insights and drive effective post-survey action planning. - Recognition Programs - Manage and administer employee recognition programs in line with the BDO India recognition philosophy and frameworks. - Identify opportunities to strengthen the culture of appreciation through formal and informal initiatives. - Employee Retention Initiatives - Develop and execute initiatives focused on enhancing employee retention and overall employee experience. - Stakeholder Management - Collaborate closely with HR Partners, business leaders, and functional teams to ensure engagement strategies are well-integrated and business relevant. - Serve as a trusted advisor and go-to expert for employee engagement within the assigned region(s). - Program Analytics & Reporting - Track, analyze, and report on key engagement metrics to assess program impact and identify areas for continuous improvement. - Present insights in a clear, actionable manner to key stakeholders. - Budget Management - Manage the engagement budget efficiently by tracking expenditures and planning costs for all engagement initiatives. - Identify cost-effective methods to deliver high-impact engagement programs. - Vendor Management - Identify, engage, and manage third-party vendors, consultants, and subject matter experts to deliver high-quality engagement experiences. - Evaluate vendor performance and maintain strong working relationships. With 4 to 9 years of experience, you will play a vital role in shaping the employee engagement landscape at BDO India, contributing to the growth and success of the organization.,
