The Manager - Talent Management will be responsible for driving employee engagement, employee relations, Performance management, coordination and evaluation of employee retention plans. Responsible for Showrooms and Corporate office.
The key responsibilities of Manager Talent management include, but are not limited to the following:
Performance management
Employee engagement
Talent growth and retention
Employee relations
Facilitator for all Talent development related activities
To perform this job successfully, following competencies are critical:
Experience of managing employee strength of over 2000
Strong interpersonal skills
Understanding organizational goals, identifying avenues of need, proactive institution of Talent retention initiatives.
Good written and oral communication
To be conversant in Telugu (desirable) and willing to travel to locations when required.
MBA in HR / MSW/MA Social work from premier schools with at least 4-15 years of relevant experience.
Male or Female candidates willing to travel.
Candidates from Chennai & Hyderabad are preferred.
