Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Delhi for an Manager at Aimlay Pvt Ltd (Recruitment). The HR Recruiter will be responsible for the full life cycle of recruiting activities, which includes sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. Daily tasks involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing and posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidates through the hiring process. The HR Recruiter will also work on building a talent pipeline and maintaining relationships with potential candidates.

Responsibilities: Minimum 5 years of experience in Non-IT (Edtech preffred)Recruitment

• Utilize job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Review resumes and applications to assess qualifications and suitability for positions.
• Conduct initial interviews, assessing candidates' skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
• Create and post job descriptions on appropriate job boards, social media, and company website.
• Present job offers to selected candidates, including compensation details and benefits packages.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹410,682.76 - ₹600,000.00 per year
