Roles and Responsibility

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers and external partners.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify future talent needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business plans.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to employment.

• Proven experience in executive hiring, recruitment, and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with diverse groups of people and building strong relationships.
• Expertise in areas such as leadership development, succession planning, performance management, organizational design, career development, employee engagement, and workforce planning.
• Contributes and recommends operational strategies and plans with direct impact on the organization.
• Serves as a coach and mentor on the area internally.
• Typically has sub-functional responsibility within the area of expertise.
• Ensures the implementation of short to medium term activities within the function in line with the country, regional, or global strategy.
• Develops policies, processes, and standards that support the implementation of short to medium term tactical direction.
• Leads a team of Specialists often with several hierarchical levels.
