The Manager - Talent Acquisition will be responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment strategy, ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality talent across the business
This role involves leading a team of recruiters, managing key stakeholder relationships, and driving innovative sourcing strategies in line with business needs The manager will also partner closely with business leaders and HR to forecast hiring demand and deliver best-in-class recruitment solutions

Responsibilities of the Role:

Lead and manage the Talent Acquisition team, ensuring alignment with the overall business and HR strategy Partner with business leaders, HR, and stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, develop workforce plans, and deliver on talent priorities Drive sourcing innovation by leveraging multiple channels including digital platforms, professional networks, referrals, and emerging sourcing tools Provide consultative recruitment support, ensuring exceptional candi and stakeholder experience Monitor and ensure compliance with all recruitment processes, policies, and SOX requirements Track hiring metrics and provide regular up to leadership on recruitment performance and market insights Coach, mentor, and upskill the TA team to enhance delivery capability Collaborate with the onshore and global TA teams to align on processes, interview scheduling, and feedback loops

Skills and Experience:

7-10 years of progressive recruitment experience, with at least 2-3 years in a team management capacity Strong expertise in hiring for digital, analytics, technology, and niche skill sets Proven track record of building and managing high-performing recruitment teams Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing and partnering with senior leaders Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, including advanced Boolean search, social recruiting, and talent mapping Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on quality and compliance
