Manager / Sr. Manager – Marketing Automation / Database

• Drive automation strategy and implementation across marketing platforms.
• Design, engineer, and execute personalised experiences for customers across multiple channels using Eloqua and CDP capabilities.
• Maintain high technical standards for Eloqua landing pages, forms, and email templates.
• Provide campaign development guidance, including multi-step batches, automated canvases, and test/personalisation strategies.
• Troubleshoot advanced technical issues and oversee form creation, integration, and data workflows.
• Implement data update rules and ensure proper data flow between marketing systems and databases

Skills Required

• • Extensive experience in marketing automation, including Eloqua certification and advanced technical skills (Dreamweaver/CSS, basic JavaScript).
• • Proven leadership experience with strategic thinking capabilities.
• • Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and reverse engineering solutions from business requirements.
• • Expertise in data-driven marketing principles, demand generation tactics, and customer lifecycle management.
• • Proficiency in modern marketing technologies and tools.
• • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• • Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• • Experience in managing marketing automation maturity projects and driving operational efficiency.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
