As an Automation Engineer in the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the automation strategy and its implementation across various marketing platforms. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, engineering, and executing personalized experiences for customers through Eloqua and CDP capabilities. - Maintaining high technical standards for Eloqua landing pages, forms, and email templates. - Providing guidance on campaign development, including multi-step batches, automated canvases, and test/personalization strategies. - Troubleshooting advanced technical issues and overseeing form creation, integration, and data workflows. - Implementing data update rules and ensuring proper data flow between marketing systems and databases. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Extensive experience in marketing automation, including Eloqua certification and advanced technical skills (Dreamweaver/CSS, basic JavaScript). - Proven leadership experience with strategic thinking capabilities. - Strong analytical skills for campaign reporting and reverse engineering solutions from business requirements. - Expertise in data-driven marketing principles, demand generation tactics, and customer lifecycle management. - Proficiency in modern marketing technologies and tools. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Advanced proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. - Experience in managing marketing automation maturity projects and driving operational efficiency.
