Role Description


SECTION II: JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a versatile professional to assist the CTO in managing and driving multiple business applications across business verticals. The role involves supporting new implementations, managing existing enterprise systems, and coordinating digital initiatives across departments. The ideal candidate will be application agnostic, capable of understanding and managing diverse business applications (ERP, PLM, project management, integration, BI, etc.) and ensuring their effective adoption and utilization across the organization.

Financial

  • Support the CTO in planning, execution, and monitoring of application-related projects across business verticals.
  • Oversee day-to-day functioning and issue resolution for core business applications (ERP, PLM, project management, BI, etc.).


Customer

  • Coordinate with users and internal IT teams for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
  • Assist the CTO in tracking deliverables, risks, and dependencies across systems to ensure timely completion.


Internal Process/Internal Process/Operations

  • Develops and maintains controls and procedures to ensure that the IT support processes are efficiently run and are effective
  • Ensures that all Technical Support staff is aware of, and complies with, all IT Support, IT delivery and service management processes
  • Participate in requirement gathering, testing, rollout, and user training.
  • Drive process alignment, user adoption, and standardisation across applications.
  • Contribute to the roadmap for application integration and digital transformation


Learning & Development

  • Proven ability to work across multiple applications and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent project coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.
  • Exposure to EPC or energy/manufacturing business environments preferred.

  • Development and delivery of IT applications as per IT Strategy

E.g. 2-4 yrs of experience as a salesman in abc market


Specific Experience

  • 7–8 years of experience in enterprise application management or digital project coordination.
  • Exposure to ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, or other enterprise-grade systems preferred.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes (engineering, projects, manufacturing) preferred.
  • Proven ability to work across multiple applications and adapt to new technologies.
  • Excellent project coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.
  • Exposure to EPC or energy/manufacturing business environments preferred.
