Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Manager to oversee operations in our fast-paced Petrol pump environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for good service, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role involves managing staff, ensuring safety and quality, and maintaining efficient operations while fostering a positive work culture.

Duties

• Supervise daily petrol pump operations, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
• Train, develop, and mentor staff , customer service, and operational procedures.
• Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Coordinate scheduling and shift management to optimize staffing levels during peak hours.
• Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Conduct interviews for new hires and participate in the onboarding process.
• Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements to enhance the dining experience.
