Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Manager at spice Money, located in Shahdol. The Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, develop strategic plans, manage staff, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include supervising finance-related activities, implementing effective financial practices, conducting performance reviews, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role also involves leading team meetings, providing training, and maintaining high standards of service quality. Qualifications Strong leadership, management, and organizational skills Experience in financial management and strategic planning Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to analyze financial data and generate reports Proficiency in financial software and tools Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field Experience in financial services or a similar industry is a plus
