Leading and executing Purchasing strategies
Tracking and Reporting key functional metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.
Crafting negotiation strategies and closing deals with optimal terms.

Experience-

10- 12 yrs in Direct Procurement
Expertise in supplier relationship management and negotiation skills will be crucial in ensuring cost effective and high quality procurement.

Roles and responsibilities-

Develop lead and execute purchasing strategies
Partner and stakeholder to ensure clear requirements documents
Forecast price and market trend to identify changes of balance in buyer supplier power
Timely submission of monthly activity reports
Assess, manage and mitigate risks
Determine quantity and timings of deliveries
Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand
Solid judgment along with decision-making skills
Strong leadership capabilities
Interest in market dynamics along with the business sense
A knack for negotiation and networking
Working experience of vendor management software
Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management
Responsible for action plan where the quality objective target does not meet.
MIS report
Training plan made and skill matrix updating.
