About the Role:

Will be responsible for designing data-driven, client-focused RPO and hiring solutions by partnering with Sales and Delivery teams. The role involves creating proposals, solution decks, and case studies, analyzing recruitment and market data, defining SLAs, and supporting client meetings with insights and structured recommendations. This position requires strong analytical skills, recruitment knowledge, and the ability to build compelling solution narratives that help win and retain clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Sales and Business Development teams to design tailored RPO and project-based hiring solutions aligned with client needs and business goals.

• Develop data-driven insights and quantifiable recruitment reports to support proposal creation, sales pitches, and client presentations.
• Create and maintain an internal data knowledge base including industry benchmarks.
• Prepare compelling sales enablement content such as solution decks, proposals, case studies, and value stories that demonstrate Taggd's RPO expertise and success metrics.
• Collaborate with internal delivery and analyticsteamsto extract performance data and translate it into actionable insights for sales use.
• Support regular sales presentations and client meetings by preparing customized RPO solution proposals backed with data and case evidence.
• Create and update project case studies highlighting business impact, innovation, and ROI achieved through RPO and project hiring solutions.
• Assist in building standardized solution templates and pricing frameworks to improve response time for sales proposals and RFPs.
• Continuously analyze internal and external recruitment data to identify new opportunities, industry trends, and solution gaps that can enhance sales strategy.
• Conduct external market research, including outreach callsto industry contacts and recruitment professionals, to gather insights on market trends, talent availability, and competitor practices.
• Prepare compelling sales enablement content such as solution decks, proposals, case studies, and value stories that demonstrate Taggds RPO expertise and success metrics. lity, and competitor practices.
• Demonstrate strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn Recruiter for research, data extraction, and market mapping purposes.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: 810 years of overall experience, preferably in Recruitment, RPO Solutioning, HR Consulting, or Talent Advisory roles.

• Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, hiring metrics, and workforce planning.

• Exposure to sales or pre-sales support in HR / RPO domain will be an added advantage.

• Proven experience in data-driven solutioning ability to interpret, analyze, and present recruitment or business data effectively.

• Proficiency in MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards), PowerPoint, and overall MS Office tools for creating client-ready reports and presentations.

• Strong research and analytical skills — ability to draw insights from market data, hiring trends, and internal performance metrics.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to create engaging, client-focused solution narratives.

• Experience in preparing case studies, proposals, or client decks highlighting recruitment success metrics and business impact.

• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with Sales, Delivery, and Analytics teams.

• High attention to detail, structured thinking, and a passion for problem-solving in a data-centric environment.
