Job Description

Role Overview: As the Manager- Software Solutions Architect at our business consulting and product innovation company, you will play a crucial role in defining and aligning the vision, strategy, and roadmap to establish the company as a global supplier. You will lead digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the management of IT operations, collaborating with senior leadership to prioritize technology initiatives, and driving business value through innovative CX models. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, capture, and forecast key market and industry trends, translating them into customer requirements and solutions. - Manage and prioritize the product requirements process, building and maintaining an annual release plan. - Drive product delivery, client servicing, and asset retention with actionable strategies. - Guide creative briefs and influence design for an intuitive UI/UX. - Define, monitor, track, and interpret KPIs to enhance customer user experience. - Recruit and lead a high-performing team of product developers. - Handle technical issues for product clients. - Mentor the IT team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. - Evaluate and select technology solutions and vendors meeting company needs and budget constraints. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. - 4-8 years of experience as a Product Manager, IT Head, or similar leadership role. - Proven track record in leading digital transformation and technology innovation. - Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS solutions, blockchain, machine learning, and artificial intelligence. - Strong understanding of PHP or NodeJs frameworks, cybersecurity, data management, and data protection practices. - Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. - High level of integrity and professionalism, handling confidential information with discretion.,
