The Manager of IT Infrastructure & Applications is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization's IT infrastructure and application systems. You will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT systems to support business operations. Leading a team of IT professionals, managing vendor relationships, and collaborating with other departments to deliver high-quality IT services are key aspects of this role. Overseeing the maintenance and support of the organization's IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud services will be part of your responsibility. You will ensure the availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure, implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans, monitor infrastructure performance, capacity, and scalability, and manage data center operations.
