Manager- Software Solutions Architect

As the Manager- Software Solutions Architect at our business consulting and product innovation company, you will play a crucial role in defining and aligning the vision, strategy, and roadmap to establish the company as a global supplier. Your primary responsibilities will include leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, customer experience, and business growth. You will oversee the management of IT operations, including infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and data management. Collaborating with senior leadership, you will identify and prioritize technology initiatives that drive business value. You will be responsible for identifying, capturing, and forecasting key market and industry trends to translate them into customer requirements and solutions. Managing and prioritizing the product requirements process, you will build and maintain an annual release plan and manage feature delivery from discovery to validation. Your role will involve driving product delivery, client servicing, and asset retention with actionable and implementable strategies that produce tangible results. Guiding creative briefs and influencing design to ensure an intuitive and delightful UI/UX will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will define, monitor, track, and interpret KPIs, analyze existing product functions to determine new features and requirements to enhance our customers" user experience, and participate in the development and pricing of new and current products. Leading and mentoring a team of high-performing product developers, handling product clients on technical issues, and ensuring the optimum productivity of development & IT teams will also be key aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrable experience as a Product Manager, IT Head, or similar leadership role with 4-8 years in Product and IT management is required. A proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and driving technology innovation in a multi-location environment is essential. Experience with cloud computing, data analytics, SaaS solutions, and other emerging technologies like blockchain, machine learning (ML), and artificial intelligence (AI) is highly desirable. Strong understanding of PHP or NodeJs frameworks, IT infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, data management, and data protection practices is crucial for this role. Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are required, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. A high level of integrity and professionalism, with the ability to handle confidential information, is also expected.
