Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Partner with business leaders and operations teams to understand workforce needs and provide HR solutions.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle activities onboarding, confirmations, transfers, and exits.
Drive employee engagement initiatives to build a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Act as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, grievances, and queries, ensuring timely resolution.
Support performance management processes goal setting, mid-year reviews, appraisals, and career development plans.
Partner with L&D team to identify training needs and facilitate skill enhancement programs.
Collaborate with recruitment teams to support talent acquisition, internal movements, and workforce planning.
Analyze HR metrics (attrition, absenteeism, engagement scores, etc.) and share insights with leadership to drive data-backed decisions.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and BPO-specific HR guidelines.
Drive initiatives for diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being.
Mentor and guide HR executives/associates within the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and labor laws.
Experience in BPO/ITES industry preferred.
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and employee relations management.
Data-driven approach with ability to analyze HR metrics.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS tools.
