Responsibilities:
Posting job vacancies on LinkedIn, Indeed, and other hiring platforms, and managing the full recruitment cycle as per company policies.
Handling day-to-day HR operations for a team of approximately 35 employees.
Managing basic social media postings related to company updates, culture, and hiring announcements.
Generate monthly salary slips and assist in payroll coordination.
Maintaining accurate employee records, documentation, and HR databases.
Supporting onboarding and exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions for employees.
Addressing employee queries and supporting workplace culture and engagement initiatives.
Ensuring adherence to HR policies, compliance requirements, and internal procedures.
Preparing weekly or monthly HR reports and sharing accurate data with management.
Staying updated on HR best practices, compliance norms, and emerging workplace trends.
Help the customer service team in their free time. s
Skills Abilities:
Proven work experience of 1-2 years in HR operations.
Strong knowledge of hiring platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, etc.
Familiarity with HRIS tools, payroll processing, and attendance management systems.
Basic understanding of social media posting and content coordination.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; Excel knowledge preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
