Shifts: UK Shift (1pm to 10pm) | Monday to Friday Experience Required: 6+ Years (Core HRBP experience is mandatory)

Prochant India Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Manager – HRBP to be a strategic partner in driving people initiatives and business success. Key Responsibilities:
• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders, aligning HR initiatives with organizational goals • Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolutions • Drive employee retention and proactively address attrition concerns • Oversee performance management processes (goal setting, appraisals, feedback) • Partner with managers to strengthen employee engagement initiatives • Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements • Support talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning • Handle and mentor a team, ensuring effective people management

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 6+ years of core HRBP experience (mandatory) • At least 1 year of team handling experience • Candidates from ITES / BPO / KPO / Healthcare background preferred • Strong expertise in employee relations, grievance handling, retention, and performance management • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills • Education: MBA / MSW / MA in HR (mandatory)
