•People with the ability to work in a collaborative manner to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial requirements.
•Strong research skills, especially in relation to open-source intelligence gathering.
•Should have experience in conducting and managing discreet intelligence gathering work for strategic intelligence, integrity, due diligence, asset traces and investigations including fraud and whistleblower matters.
•Strong verbal and report writing skills.
•Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills
•Be highly flexible, adaptable, and creative.
•Ability to work under pressure and long working hours, in case of project delivery deadline.
•Experience working with external sub-contractors and should carry such relationships.
•Planning and Execution on client engagement: Take end-to-end responsibility of the project lifecycle from proposal, project workplan and staffing, driving research and intelligence gathering workstreams including problem solving and troubleshooting where required, and interim and final reporting through a combination of power point decks and detailed narrative reports.
•Understand business & industry issues/trends. Identify areas requiring improvement in the client’s business processes to enable preparation of recommendations.
•Review of work documents. Suggest ideas on improving engagement productivity and identify opportunities for improving client service.
•Manage the engagement budgets and support Director with business proposals and new solution/methodology development, along with developing and focusing on new clients.
•Continually improves processes so that the work team can capture and leverage knowledge.
