Job Description

Domain: Direct Tax Qualifications: CA Experience: 2-4 years in Direct Taxation Key skills: 1. Strong analytical ability. 2. Problem - solving 3. Business Acumen 4. Excellent communication skills Responsibilities - Tax Compliance: Preparing and filing corporate tax returns, income tax computations, and withholding tax proceedings. - Tax Advisory: Assisting clients with domestic and international tax matters, including DTAA implications, digital tax, and cross-border transactions. - Litigation Support: Drafting submissions, preparing annexures for assessments and appeals, and representing clients before tax authorities. - Research & Analysis: Conducting detailed research on tax laws, case laws, and recent updates. - Client Interaction: Coordinating with clients for tax planning and advisory services. - Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring adherence to FEMA, transfer pricing regulations, and corporate restructuring laws.
