Job Description

As a Manager / Senior Manager in Forensic Audit at RSM Astute Consulting Group, you will play a crucial role in planning and executing client engagements, ensuring end-to-end project management from proposal to final reporting. Your responsibilities will include: - Taking ownership of project lifecycle by creating project workplans, staffing, conducting research, intelligence gathering, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and preparing interim and final reports. - Understanding business and industry trends to identify areas for process improvement and develop recommendations for clients. - Reviewing work documents to enhance engagement productivity and client service. - Managing engagement budgets, supporting Directors with business proposals, developing new solutions, focusing on acquiring new clients, and continuously improving processes to capture and leverage knowledge. - Working collaboratively with multiple client departments while meeting commercial requirements. - Utilizing strong research skills for open-source intelligence gathering and managing discreet intelligence gathering work for various purposes including fraud investigations. - Demonstrating excellent verbal and report writing skills, proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, flexibility, adaptability, creativity, and ability to work under pressure with external subcontractors. Qualifications required for this role include being a Qualified CA or MBA Finance with 4-12 years of post-qualification experience.
