We are looking for a Residential Sales Manager who is committed toDevelop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives. To build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
Roles and Responsibilities:

• Primary Responsibility is to sell High end Villaments and residential plots by implementing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
• In-depth knowledge about real estate environment in the city, property buying cycle.
• Awareness of government policies and bylaws, processes & transaction procedures.
• Awareness about new projects coming up in the city and prevailing prices in various localities of the city.
• Analytics driven skills and ability to understand and act according to the key parameters such as conversion rate, leads to meetings, meetings to site visits ratio.

· Compiling customer feedback & Creating a research report

· Collaborate with marketing and advertising teams to develop effective sales and promotional materials

Education qualifications, Experience and skills:

MBA in Sales and Marketing from an institute of repute.

Proven experience of 10-12 years in sales, preferably in the real estate industry.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.

In-depth knowledge of the real estate market, including industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences.

Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools would be an advantage.

Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive to achieve sales targets and objectives.

Candidate should have experience in the Real Estate industry

For suitable candidates’ compensation will not be a constraint.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
