Position Summary:


Sales & Marketing


Key Responsibilities:


  • Promote our newly launched pharmacy and clinic branches in the assigned region.
  • Conduct

    health camps, awareness drives, and marketing events

    in residential apartments, gated communities, and corporate offices.
  • Drive

    customer walk-ins and product sales

    through innovative promotional activities.
  • Coordinate with marketing vendors, societies, and event partners for on-ground campaigns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, apartment associations, and local communities.
  • Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements to increase engagement.
  • Maintain a record of marketing activities, event outcomes, and lead conversions.
  • Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Ensure effective branding and visibility through banners, pamphlets, digital promotions, etc.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to communicate new offers, loyalty programs, and clinic services.


Required Skills & Competencies:


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Willingness to travel locally and conduct field marketing activities.
  • Strong understanding of FMCG and pharmacy product promotion.
  • Ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.


Qualifications:


  • Any Graduate (MBA or Diploma in Marketing preferred).
  • 4 to 7 years of experience in

    Sales & Marketing

    , preferably in

    Retail, Pharmacy, FMCG, or Healthcare

    sectors.
  • Experience in organizing

    community-level events or brand activation campaigns

    will be an added advantage.

  • Number of marketing activities/camps conducted per month.
  • Increase in customer walk-ins and pharmacy sales.
  • Customer engagement and brand awareness levels.
