Job Description

As a Sales & Marketing Manager at our company, your role will involve promoting our chain of Pharmacies with attached Clinics. You will be responsible for planning and executing marketing activities to increase customer awareness, attract walk-ins, and boost sales of pharmacy products and clinic services. Acting as a brand ambassador, you will reach out to communities, apartments, and local areas to promote our pharmacy's FMCG products and medical services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Promote our newly launched pharmacy and clinic branches in the assigned region. - Conduct health camps, awareness drives, and marketing events in residential apartments, gated communities, and corporate offices. - Drive customer walk-ins and product sales through innovative promotional activities. - Coordinate with marketing vendors, societies, and event partners for on-ground campaigns. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, apartment associations, and local communities. - Collect feedback from customers and suggest improvements to increase engagement. - Maintain a record of marketing activities, event outcomes, and lead conversions. - Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - Ensure effective branding and visibility through banners, pamphlets, digital promotions, etc. - Collaborate with the internal team to communicate new offers, loyalty programs, and clinic services. **Qualifications:** - Any Graduate (MBA or Diploma in Marketing preferred). - 4 to 7 years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in Retail, Pharmacy, FMCG, or Healthcare sectors. - Experience in organizing community-level events or brand activation campaigns will be an added advantage. The company is looking for a proactive and energetic individual with excellent communication and presentation skills, good interpersonal abilities, and a willingness to travel locally for field marketing activities. Strong understanding of FMCG and pharmacy product promotion, ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns independently, self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven candidates are encouraged to apply for this full-time, field-based role. Please note that the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for this role include the number of marketing activities/camps conducted per month, increase in customer walk-ins and pharmacy sales, customer engagement and brand awareness levels, and lead conversion from community campaigns.,
